Tras el Reglamento (UE) 2026/1744, el art. 4 pide adoptar medidas para apoyar la alfabetización en IA de tu personal. No exige un nivel concreto por persona ni ningún certificado (FAQ de la Comisión), pero sí actuar y poder demostrarlo. Las autoridades nacionales lo supervisan desde agosto de 2026.

After Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, Article 4 asks you to take measures to support your staff's AI literacy. It requires no specific level per person and no certificate (Commission FAQ), but you need to act and be able to show it. National authorities have supervised it since August 2026.
